Hospitality operations

Run the whole
property like
one house.

Omotenashi is the operations platform behind restaurants and hotels — floor, kitchen, front desk, housekeeping and the books, in one system your staff can actually work in all day.

Modules

Turn on what the property is.
Nothing more.

A lodge is not a bistro. Modules are peers — take one, take both — and the features inside them switch off just as cleanly.

Floor to till. Waiters fire orders from tablets, kitchen and bar get their own boards, cashiers close and invoice.

Platform

Built for a book
of business.

One console behind every property you operate — provision, brand, suspend, and step into any of them.

01
Every property isolated
Each client is a workspace with its own data, staff, currency and rules. Nothing leaks across a tenant boundary — it is enforced at the row, not the router.
02
Modules are peers
Restaurant and hotel are equals. Run a restaurant, run a hotel, run both — and switch individual features off (no bar, no room service) without touching code.
03
Their brand, not ours
Any hex, any logo. The accent, favicon and browser tab follow the property, so staff never see a vendor's name where theirs should be.
04
One operator console
Provision, brand, suspend and step into any property. Portfolio revenue is FX-normalised, so cross-currency totals are real numbers.
Craft
おもてなし — to serve wholeheartedly,
without expectation of reward.

The name is a standard, not a mood board. Software for a property that never closes has to be dense, fast and legible at 3am — so we built an operations tool, not a dashboard that photographs well.
